Who are we?

ECoME was an idea Susie worked on whilst studying for her BA at Birmingham City University and grew as a concept through her MA in Fashion Futures at the London College of Fashion. Projects have included working with the Environmental Justice Foundation, various community projects in London, including Seed to Seam, where a garment was grown and made using flax (linen) within the M25. Susie exhibited at BBC Gardeners World Live 2014 in Birmingham and received a Silver Gilt for her border ‘Dyes of Yesterday Colours of Tomorrow’

ECoME now focuses on producing naturally dyed products, ranging from baby wear to scarves as well as offering yardage of fabric perfect for dress making. Additional services by ECoME include a re-dye service and bespoke designs. The Business is located just outside Cambridge and always welcomes visitors and Susie is extremely happy to hear from anyone with any questions or feedback.
